Significant improvement in neck/facial contour can be achieved with liposuction of the neck alone. A facelift procedure is not always necessary to achieve tightening and a good shape or angle to the neck. Sometimes an additional skin tightening procedure with subdermal or external radiofrequency treatments can further enhance the appearance avoiding the need for surgery.
